When you create a move profile, TexasMove.ai collects the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, origin, destination, move date, home size, requested services, property-access details, inventory notes, and packing-material selections.
How information is used
We use this information to provide moving-cost planning information, operate and improve the platform, maintain your move request, prevent misuse, and connect your request with participating moving companies serving your route.
Participating moving companies
After you submit a move request, information from your profile may be shared with participating moving companies so they can contact you about your move, availability, services, and potential pricing.
Advertising measurement
TexasMove.ai uses a Google Ads tag and a lead-conversion event to measure advertising performance. The standard conversion event is sent only after a move request is successfully saved and does not include your name, email address, phone number, or move notes.
Your choices

Platform role
TexasMove.ai is a moving-cost estimation and mover-matching technology platform, not a household-goods motor carrier.
